Our program offers a four-week program including products, access to the staff for questions, four consecutive weekly group meetings and subject materials. Week one consists of a Pre-cleanse – the gradual elimination of unhealthy products in preparation of cleansing the body. Week two and three is the Cleanse consisting of whole food meals and snacks, supplements and cleansing shakes. Week four discusses ongoing cleansing, healthy eating and food challenging.
