If you would like to become a patient at The Metabolic Institute, please call our office at 509-747-7066 or and speak to one of our staff members. 

The Metabolic Institute does not contract with insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid. Therefore, we do not bill any insurance company for services rendered. We are happy to provide a walkout statement, so you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Our office recommends that you contact your insurance carrier to see what your out-of-network benefits entail.

Our payment policy is full payment due upon receipt of services. We accept cash, check, debit, and credit cards.

If you are a patient at The Metabolic Institute and in need of a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy. We ask that refills be requested at least 48 hours ahead of time. Please take holidays and weekends into consideration when requesting a refill.

An initial hour visit is $395. A follow-up hour visit is $250; a follow-up 30-minute visit is $164. This does not include the cost of any laboratory testing, although, some laboratory tests may be in part, covered by your insurance carrier.
